How to Reach Us
Email is the working channel for this site: send your message to the site's contact address listed in the footer of our emails and community posts, with the subject line naming the page you are writing about. (We do not publish a web form; forms on fan sites collect more spam than signal, and your message deserves better than a spam folder's company.)
If you arrived here from a page with an error, include that page's URL in your subject — 'Correction: endings.html' gets opened first, every time. Messages are read by the people who write the guide, not a support queue, and straightforward corrections are usually verified and applied within a few days.
What to Include in a Correction
- The page URL and the exact sentence or claim you are challenging.
- Your source — a Steam announcement link, a screenshot of the current build, a developer post. The stronger the source, the faster the fix.
- What it should say instead, if you know — especially for fast-moving facts like release status and sale prices.
Our standard for changing a fact is the same as our standard for printing it: traceable to the game, its Steam page, or the developer. Community consensus alone will not overturn a claim — but it will absolutely trigger a re-check, and several of our best corrections (including an ending count we initially repeated from the fandom) started exactly that way.
Rights-Holders and Content Concerns
All game artwork, screenshots, names and trademarks on this site belong to Nemlei, Kit9 Studio and their respective owners, used here for identification and commentary within a fan guide. If you are a rights-holder — or an artist whose fan work appears here — and you want material credited differently, corrected or removed, contact us with the page URL and the specific item. Legitimate requests are honoured promptly and without argument; this site exists to celebrate the game, not to misuse anyone's work.
Fan artists: the fan-art images used on this site are non-explicit works credited in their captions where the artist is known. If one of them is yours and you would like a name, a link, or its removal, the same channel applies and the answer will be yes.
What We Cannot Help With
A few requests land here regularly that belong elsewhere. We cannot provide game downloads, keys, APKs or save files — the game is sold on Steam, full stop. We cannot fix your Steam account, your purchase or your PC; Steam Support and the game's Steam discussions are the right doors for those. We cannot pass messages to the developer; Kit9 Studio's own channels are on the Steam page. And we cannot tell you the Burial release date, because it does not exist yet — join the club, and keep your finale save ready like the rest of us.
Response Times and What Happens Next
Corrections are read in the order that matters: factual errors affecting purchases or play first (prices, release status, download safety), then content corrections (counts, dates, attributions), then style and suggestions, which are batched and considered on update passes. A verified factual fix is normally live within a few days of your message, and the page's modified date moves with it — that date is our receipt to you that the change actually happened.
If you wrote about fan art, expect a faster answer still: credit changes and removals require no verification beyond your word as the artist, and they are actioned on first read. If you wrote with a question about the game itself — a route problem, a missing episode, a save issue — we will usually answer with a link to the exact guide section that solves it, because in nine cases out of ten the answer already exists on the site and finding it is the real problem. That is a findability bug, and reports of it improve the site's menus more than its articles.
A Note on Tone
One small thing, offered in the spirit the site is written in: corrections land fastest when they are specific, and they are read by humans who built this guide because they love the same game you do. You do not need to be gentle — accuracy people rarely are — but a message that names the page, quotes the sentence and links the source will beat a passionate one with none of the three, every single time, because it can be verified in one sitting. Bring receipts and this site will move mountains of stale text for you. Bring several and we may start suspecting you should be writing for it.
One Last Thing
If your message is time-sensitive — a broken page, a wrong price during a Steam sale, a safety issue with a download our guides discuss — say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue ahead of everything except rights requests. This site would rather fix a harmful error in an hour than a harmless one in a week, and readers flagging urgency accurately are how that priority survives contact with a real inbox. Thank you, genuinely, for every message that makes this guide harder to be wrong in.
